Crap crap crap this is what I get for doing tags while not in my full mind set OTL
I THINK I COMPLETELY GOOFED ON SIX'S MEISTER ABILITY THREAD. Augh, the method for Kid trying to figure out he had Soul Protect should have been done completely differently. Unless for some reason their version is different from the witch's, I don't think he would have been able to pick up on it by his usual way of recognizing whatever wavelength the abilities have.
Edit: ALSO I REALIZE THIS MAY NOT BE THE RIGHT PLACE sobbing but I am flailing. Does that count?
Hey, it's cool. :D I can delete my replies? And we can retcon? You can delete your part along with posting the recon reply and then I can delete my replies to your original tags and reply to the new version.
Also, Six is gonna want to talk to Kid about the nanite situation. He doesn't want it to get out and start a panic, but he knows the boss needs to know there might be problems. I was thinking if it doesn't come up in the thread it could be a log since Six would want to have the discussion in private.
I've noticed that some of your tags to me lately have been a little difficult to reply to. The problem for me is just that there's not a lot of hook to grab onto, and I struggle to keep my characters interested in the conversation.
Six is the one I've had the most difficulty with recently. I do know how difficult it can be getting a sometimes stoic asshole character to say a whole lot, but I think it would help to be a little more conscious of what you're giving your tagging partners to work with.
Of course I still want to play with you which is why I thought it a good idea to drop a line here. A couple of broad suggestions would be give a little more attention to body language if they aren't going to say much, maybe take a little time to put some inner monologue even in the network tags so the reader can at least see what's going on with your character internally, and try to watch that you don't have them make really final and uninviting statements all the time that leave other characters with nothing to really reply to. You could try to be the one to initiate conversation topic changes more often also. I think that would help me out a lot personally.
I know you know these things, and it's not like you don't do them ever, but sometimes maybe slow down and check those tags just to be sure before sending.
Thanks a lot for taking the time to read this. Take it or leave it; I'll still be willing to play with you.
