Character Canon History: (I am so sorry for the mod who has to read this.)

Very little is known about Six before his time with Providence. Back when he says he had nothing, Six was taken in by One, a mercenary and the most dangerous man on Earth. One raised him and trained him in a multitude of martial arts and weaponry. As his name implies, he was ranked as the sixth most dangerous person on the planet. He was in the mercenary business like his "father" for an indeterminate amount of time, working with his "siblings": Dos, Trey, IV, and Five, the other four students of One. Unlike the rest of his "family", Six took on a partner at some point, a man named "Knight".

Not long after the Nanite Event, One started mutating into a monster just as many others had done. However, he managed to slow the process and maintained control of his mind through meditation and willpower alone. Still, he was locked up (most likely willingly) by his five students in a special house suspended over magma. Every forty-one minutes, he had to enter a code or have the house fall. It was probably about this time that Six left the mercenary business, perhaps to seek a cure for his teacher.

At some point Six ended up working with Providence with Knight. The pair worked to kill or contain these nanite-created monsters with the other recruits. The ones they captured were ultimately dissected by Dr. Fell. However, Six began to grow tired of this life, especially after seeing the ongoing futility of their actions. Fell kept getting the same data over and over again. Meanwhile, more and more of these monsters was showing up everyday. After watching the dissection of a spider he and Knight captured in Paris, Six decided to speak with Fell's assistant Dr. Holiday who'd made the suggestion of studying these "EVOs" (as she called them) in a natural environment. She proposed the idea of finding a cure.

The next time he went out with Knight, he hesitated before attacking the large biomechanical EVO, suggesting they attempt to take it alive. When he did attack, he struck at a weak point that ended with the creature launching him in a large mechanical fist just before it blew up. Due to the EM pulse the creature sent out upon destruction, he was unable to contact anyone. This was a bit more inconvenient than usual since he'd found a kid in the rubble, a kid who only remembered his first name of "Rex" who saved his life by actually curing an EVO.

He brought Rex back to Providence to show Holiday. She had wanted to get started on studying Rex right away, but he insisted that Rex must be kept secret. Unfortunately, Knight found out about Rex after forcing Holiday to talk. Knight took Rex to Fell who attempted to dissect him. During Six and Knight's fight, they accidentally activated the molecular dissection procedure. Though Six was winning, he was drugged by Fell near the end. He would've been trapped in the rapidly-closing chamber, but Knight tossed him to freedom, giving up his own chance to escape. Though Rex managed to stop the process mid-way, Six was forced to watch as his partner was bleached and rendered completely free of nanites.

Since then Six has been Rex's field partner and his trainer along with one of Rex's co-handlers (the other being Holiday) and Knight's second-in-command. He was also the one responsible for retrieving Rex each time he broke out. During one break out, Rex met another teenager named Noah Nixon who he quickly became friends with. When Six went to retrieve Rex, Rex, Noah, and Bobo were kidnapped by a trio of EVOs named Skalamander, Biowulf, and Breach, members of a group known as "The Pack". Rex, Noah, and Bobo ended up in Abysus, ground zero of the Nanite Event five years before, and met the leader of The Pack, Van Kleiss. The trio managed to escape and met up with Six who'd come with a small army of Providence foot soldiers (often referred to as simply "grunts"), but their transport had crashed after being attacked by vines which Van Kleiss was able to control. Six was the lone survivor of the crash. Together, they managed to escape Abysus, leaving Van Kleiss and The Pack behind.

He was fully aware of the fact that Noah Nixon had originally been hired by Knight to act as Rex's friend. He took the blame for Rex finding out though it was actually Noah himself who'd revealed the truth by accident. The pair had been trapped in the Petting Zoo, hunted by Holiday's sister (who had been transformed into a spider-like EVO), when Rex's biometrics had plummeted, leaving the EVO teen powerless. After Holiday's sister was recaptured, Rex ran away from Providence, and Six went to retrieve the teen. He found Rex at a hidden village of engineers who'd been unwittingly assisting an AI called ZAG-RS that had been planning to use the antenna she'd manipulated the engineers and Rex to build to send out a kill signal to all nanites, effectively killing every living on Earth since every living thing was infested with nanites. Following ZAG-RS's defeat at Rex's hands, Six lied to Knight when the man called for an update, saying that he hadn't found Rex though Rex chose in the end to return to Providence of his own free will under the condition that they'd have a weekly Friday night "family" dinner of meatloaf and mashed potatoes with Holiday and Bobo.

When Rex took on too many nanites and was starting to overload, Six accompanied Holiday and Bobo to Paradise Base for Rex to offload. Unknown to them at the time, Weaver had been expecting Skalamander and Biowulf to collect nanites Weaver had managed to reactivate for Van Kleiss whose unstable body needed a constant supply of active nanites to survive. Though he, Bobo, and Holiday managed to take out Weaver's crew, the threesome was knocked out by gas and locked in a closet where Rex later found them. Biowulf and Skalamander managed to get inside the base, giving Weaver the opportunity to escape to the holding tank that was now filled with active nanites. Six, Holiday, Bobo, and Rex retreated when Weaver started to vent the holding tank, not realizing it was a trick. Unfortunately for Weaver, he was unable to stop the process and was ultimately infected by all the active nanites, turning into what Bobo would refer to as "a 50-foot freak show". Six and Rex battled the EVO'd Weaver, Rex attempting to shut down and absorb Weaver's nanites but ultimately overloading again. Once Weaver had been taken down, Six, Holiday, and Bobo transported Rex to Purgatory Base, the backup facility for him to properly offload the surplus nanites.

When Dr. Rylander, a scientist who'd worked on the Nanite Project that had ended in the Nanite Event, started sending boxes booby-trapped with a substance that could activate nanites to people around the globe, Six accompanied Rex, Holiday, and Bobo to retrieve Rylander's research. During the briefing it had been mentioned that Rylander had a son, and Six warned Rex not to get his hopes too high on finding out anything about his family. The Pack was also there to try and track down Rylander, the two groups running into each other at Rylander's facility. As The Pack battled with the group from Providence, Six ordered Rex to find Rylander while he, Bobo, Holiday, and the pair of jump jets that had been sent to secure the area held off The Pack. Rylander wasn't Rex's father as Rex had hoped but revealed that Rex had been purposely infested with the prototype batch of nanites in order to save his life following an accident, mentioning that Rex had a brother. Rylander injected Rex with something and was about to explain more about Rex's past when Van Kleiss came and struck him down. Rex and Van Kleiss fought, Rex losing until Rylander shoved both Van Kleiss and himself into the reactor, killing them both. The facility was destroyed, and Rylander's research was lost.

However, Van Kleiss would return when the unstable nanites of Abysus started spreading out of control. Six set up a diversion using Bobo so he, Holiday, and Rex could travel off the grid to check out the situation, meeting up with The Pack and an EVO girl named "Circe" whom Rex had met on a previous breakout though she'd ultimately joined The Pack. In order to stop the nanites from spreading, Rex refused the option of resurrecting Van Kleiss (which The Pack had tried to trick Rex into doing) and instead communicated with them. While this succeeded, it resulted in the nanites contracting. Six and Holiday nearly drowned in the gray ooze of nanites when Rex revived Van Kleiss. Van Kleiss took control over the nanites of Abysus and saved Six and Holiday's lives in exchange for Rex joining The Pack. However, Rex had only said that to get close enough to cure Van Kleiss, rendering him powerless. Unfortunately, The Pack was able to escape.

This would not be the last they'd see of Van Kleiss. There were still EVOs willing to follow the de-powered Pack leader, and he used them to launch a successful assault on The Keep--a flying battleship used by Providence--while Rex was on board. He managed to drain Rex of his nanites, having studied the ones Rex had left behind when he'd cured Van Kleiss. He then had Biowulf throw the now powerless Rex out of The Keep. Six managed to catch Rex using his jump jet and brought him, Holiday, Bobo, and Noah back to Providence HQ. During an examination that confirmed what Van Kleiss had done, Holiday discovered what Rylander had injected Rex with: a special control nanite...though it had nothing to control. She theorized that an influx of nanites would be able to restore Rex's abilities but there was no time to test it since Van Kleiss had sent The Keep on a collision course with headquarters. While Rex, Bobo, and Noah went to Purgatory Base to test Holiday's theory, Six remained at headquarters to try and stop Van Kleiss who kept adding more soldiers to his EVO ranks using a new ability courtesy of Rex's stolen nanites that allowed him to create EVOs. Six managed to take down several of these EVOs but was nearly transformed into an EVO himself by Van Kleiss until Rex--powers restored and even improved--arrived back on the scene. Six held off more of Van Kleiss's minions while Rex took on Van Kleiss himself. Van Kleiss managed to escape while some of The Pack was imprisoned.

Unfortunately, a good chunk of Providence headquarters and The Keep had been destroyed during The Pack's attack. While Rex stayed with Noah while headquarters was getting rebuilt, Six preferred to stay at headquarters, Rex teasingly referring to him as a "ninja-hobo" since his temporary quarters consisted of him sleeping under his jump jet. When Noah was changed into an EVO by Van Kleiss and went on a rampage around the city, Six and Bobo made sure that civilians weren't hurt. Though Noah was cured, it had all been a diversion set up by Van Kleiss in order for Breach to steal Providence headquarters' new power core. Once again, Van Kleiss managed to escape.

Though Six did see Rex cure many EVOs over his time with Providence, it wasn't until after all this that he with the rest of One's students brought Rex to their teacher. Sadly, One turned out to be incurable. Six with Rex's help managed to defeat Dos through Five, protecting the EVO One with the intent of bringing him to Providence, Six wanting to take care of the man who'd taken care of him. During Rex's last attempt at a cure, One managed to speak through Rex, telling Six that he was proud of him just before he died. Despite having defeated the other most dangerous people on Earth, Six remained ranked as the sixth most dangerous, telling Rex that they weren't ranked by fighting abilities. (The ranking system was explained in the "Personality" section.)

Six's promise to Rex upon first meeting him to help find the boy's family has somewhat been fulfilled with the appearance of Rex's brother Caesar, a brilliant if oddball scientist who'd worked on the nanite project with their parents. Six, however, is rather suspicious of him. Caesar had been missing for five years and had only returned to retrieve the Omega-1 nanite, the special control nanite in Rex.

Six was especially suspicious of Caesar after Rex ended up trapped in the middle of the desert with Van Kleiss and battled their enemy ZAG-RS. Her ruined housing along with her program was brought back to Providence. Caesar revealed that he'd been the one to create the AI. ZAG-RS had originally been a nanite containment program for the Nanite Project, instructed to destroy any nanites that escaped the scientists' holding tank. Caesar reboots the program, but Holiday notices that her memory has been wiped clean. Caesar claimed that Van Kleiss must've initiated a program dump when he weakened ZAG-RS, but there remained some doubt. Particularly since Van Kleiss--who'd also been present at ground zero during the Nanite Event--had claimed that it had been Caesar that had caused the Event. Though Van Kleiss isn't the most trustworthy person, without ZAG-RS's memory banks, there was no way to tell who was telling the truth.

Not long afterward, Holiday went to a demonstration of the work of a man named Dr. Branden Moses who claimed to have found a cure for the incurable. In front of his audience's very eyes, he restored an incurable EVO almost completely back to normal. Seeing a possible cure for her younger sister Beverly, Holiday brought Moses to Providence to discuss what could be done for Beverly, and Moses told her that Beverly would be an excellent candidate for the treatment. Six, however, had his doubts, warning Holiday that she was too close to the situation and not thinking clearly. Holiday angrily rejected his warning, going through with meeting Moses with Beverly in a cage, accompanied by only two grunts.

Fortunately for Holiday, Six and Rex went to investigate the situation, finding that the entire demonstration had been a hoax; the EVO had not been cured at all. Unfortunately, they were unable to keep Moses from taking Beverly away. On top of that, Six contacted Five who discovered that Moses, instead of curing the incurables, overpowered their nanites and weaponized them. She gave them the location of the latest auction the unscrupulous scientist was holding, and Six, Holiday, and Rex went in pursuit. While they did manage to interrupt the auction, they were too late to save Beverly from having her nanites overcharged. As Rex worked to corral Beverly, Holiday learned from Moses that he'd almost created a machine that cured EVOs but had taken the easier and more profitable route of overpowering nanites.

Moses did get away, even releasing three more overpowered EVOs, when the Keep arrived with more troops to help assist their efforts. Holiday managed to study the machine for a few minutes but lost hope, believing that her sister was doomed, when Six told her that she was "strongest, smartest...and the most stubborn" woman he had ever met, ordering her to find how to help her sister. That pep talk prompted her to have a second look at the machine, realizing that by reversing the polarity and boosting the power, it was possible to break the molecular bonds between nanites. However, the only things on hand with the power to do such a thing were Six's own magna blades and the risk of death was incredibly high. Yet Six decided to take the gamble and nearly lost his life for it. Holiday did manage to revive him and even had her sister cured as an added bonus. Upon returning to Providence, Six offered to take Holiday out to dinner ("like a date") which was the first time he'd taken a step forward with their relationship. In Holiday's words, it was "about time".

The next crisis that Providence would end up facing would take place within their own headquarters. Diane Farrah, a news reporter for the show Ultimate Exposure, had managed to use the Freedom of Information Act to gain access to interview and film members of Providence along with find out about someone she called a "man of mystery" that apparently so many of her viewers wanted to know about. Six was selected by Knight to give the news team a tour of the facility, but this was complicated when Rex decided to try and show off for the camera. At one point, Rex and Bobo released four EVOs for Rex to capture on film. One of them got away, the most dangerous one of the lot which fed on electricity and kept getting bigger and bigger.

The EVO led all of Providence on a merry chase around headquarters while Six worked to keep the news crew from filming or even noticing that there was a dangerous EVO on the loose. Unfortunately, the EVO grew too big to be contained or hidden so easily, and Six joined the fight, ordering the news team to stay where it was safe. They disobeyed his orders and managed to film the very end of the battle in which Six sliced off the EVO's legs and Rex cured it. The news report showed up some time later only for Six and the others to discover that the entire news report was about Six himself, the report using spliced together video footage and audio clips to act almost like a dating profile much to Rex and Bobo's amusement. Any secrets about Providence itself remained secret.

Sadly, all good things must come to an end. Caesar decided to attempt to restore Rex's memories with a machine of his own design. Six cautioned against it, warning that the machine hadn't even been tested yet. However, Rex insisted on going through with it, wanting to remember his parents instead of simply being told about them. The machine ended up starting a reboot, and Knight gave the order for Six to kill Rex as per their deal. Instead, Six attempted to stop the machine, using the electromagnetic function of his magna blades. While Rex's reboot was stopped, Six was struck with a bolt of green light from the machine that pushed his memory back six years, approximately one year before the Nanite Event and only a week after what he and Knight referred to as "The Caspian Sea Job".

At one point, Rex and Six were sent out on a mission to contain a rampaging EVO. Six, however, attempted to kill it instead, doing as much damage to the surrounding city as the EVO itself in the process. Six was reprimanded by his former partner and vented his frustrations at Knight, not understanding how Knight had changed. His frustration only mounted as he visited Holiday's lab for the battery of cognitive tests she wanted to perform on him and she stated that his behavior in the field was "off the chart" and that "the old Six" would've been more "sophisticated" with his methodology.

Confused and lost in a world he no longer knew, Six reached out to old contacts. Thanks to this, he received an assassination contract to kill a target in the small country of Jagistan. Rex, keeping an eye on Six due to both on orders from Knight and his own concern for his partner, eavesdropped on the deal and followed. When Six reached Jagistan, he was surprised to see Trey and Five there as well, confused as to why three of them had been hired for this job. Trey and Five were equally surprised to see him, knowing that Six worked for Providence but having no idea that he'd lost his memories of the past six years. Upon spying Rex, the three attacked the teenager, following the "no witnesses" clause of the standard contract. Rex managed to distract three of the deadliest people on the planet, mocking that it took three of them to take him on, someone who wasn't even ranked. The trio began fighting amongst themselves, Six managing to defeat both Trey and Five.

He found Rex with the target: an EVO power plant that provided all the power to Jagistan. The pair then began their own battle, Six ultimately winning largely due to Rex not wanting to lose the man he'd come to know as his father figure even if Six didn't remember it. However, Six stopped just before delivering the fatal blow, confused as to why Rex wasn't even flinching. The fact that Rex had such faith in him prompted him to rejoin Providence for real and hope that Caesar's now-repaired machine could undo the damage. This wasn't without its risks, specifically the potential for total memory loss or coma. Six decided that getting back his memories of his Providence family was worth any price, and Caesar powered up the machine. However, things seemed to go badly as Six started to shout from pain much like Rex had done when the reboot had started, so Rex smashed the controls, destroying the machine for good. With no way to remember what he'd lost, Six decided to start working to find his own way back to who he once was with the others willing to help him.

However, things only continued to go downhill. Van Kleiss managed to create a machine that allowed Breach's portals to also travel through time. Knight, under pressure from the Consortium, ordered that she be brought over to Providence's side, and Rex decided to try and persuade her since Breach still had a crush on him. Things were going well until Knight decided that Rex was taking too long, showing up with Six and a full group of grunts to take Breach by force. Van Kleiss showed up as well, intending to take Breach back. Rex begged for more time, and Knight ordered his forces to protect Breach. Soon, a fight broke out between Providence and the Pack, at one point Six facing Van Kleiss directly for the first time since he'd lost his memory when he saved Knight from the lord of Abysus. An attempt to stab Van Kleiss was intercepted by Biowulf, and the pair started to fight one another, leaving Van Kleiss to Rex.

Rex and Van Kleiss argued over Breach, Rex wanting her to make her own decision. Even when Rex activated the machine that controlled Breach's powers, putting the choice firmly back in her hands, Van Kleiss was confident that he'd be victorious. Unfortunately for him, Breach sent him back in time using one of her time vortexes. Sadly, sending Van Kleiss away triggered a reaction from the machine. There was a massive eruption of power. After things cleared up, Rex and Breach were gone, lost in time just like Van Kleiss.

At some point soon afterwards, changes started to take place at Providence. The Consortium moved to replace White Knight (referred to hereafter as simply "Knight") with a woman known as Black Knight (referred to hereafter as "B. Knight"). Rather than be taken prisoner, Knight faked his own death via explosion with the help of the troops who remained loyal to him, them being led by Captain Callan. B. Knight took command of Providence, creating an elite group of soldiers loyal only to her known as the Black Pawns in addition to having Caesar create a control collar system to control EVOs since their cure was missing. While this meant no one had to die who had the misfortune of going EVO, the collars were applied indiscriminately, even being used on EVOs who'd kept their minds and were nonviolent.

Six, knowing Knight was still alive, refused to stay with this New Providence. Instead, he joined a splinter group headed by Knight and comprised of only his old partner, Holiday, and Bobo. Officially, they were on sabbatical at New Providence as they searched for Rex. However, Six and Holiday quickly dropped off the grid, helping set up a new base in an old dam that included living quarters and even a small version of the Petting Zoo so Holiday could continue her research for a cure now that Rex was gone. In addition to that, they did what they could to find Rex should he appear at some point in the future and sabotage New Providence's efforts to collect powerful devices known as the Meta Nanites. (Full explanation is in the Nanite Project Reference Guide.)

Six months after the incident in the park, Rex reappeared in the desert not far from Providence HQ. While he worked for B. Knight, realizing just what had happened during his absence, Six and Holiday went to retrieve him. They snuck into Providence and kidnapped Rex while he was trying to escape from B. Knight and her Pawns, disguising themselves as Pawns so that they could land in the hangar, grab Rex, and fly out before anyone was any wiser. They brought Rex back to base and, their group complete, fully resumed the "cure, contain, or kill" protocols of Old Providence, focusing largely on "cure".

Life in the dam wasn't perfect. They had to use equipment that hadn't always been fully tested, something that irritated Holiday to no end. However, they made do and got the job done. At times, they'd even take trophies from missions that could be used on base. For example, they managed to save the lives of motorcyclists that had been using altered nanites to improve their racing skills but were ultimately poisoning them. Rex raced against their supplier, Valve, to gain control of the rest of the supply, a race which he won. With the bikers cured and the altered nanites under their control, Holiday decided that rather than dispose of the nanites that they would try to see if they could have the alterations stabilized, perhaps making them useful in a pinch.

At some point after the Valve incident, Holiday went to Egypt to look at a tomb that had recently been unearthed that possessed strange hieroglyphics that seemed too modern for the time. Six, Rex, and Bobo followed afterward when she went missing. Discovering her at the entrance of the tomb after using a back way through a vendor's cellar, they discovered that the hieroglyphics contained depictions of nanites. On top of that, there was technology consistent with the 21st Century. B. Knight and New Providence, however, were right behind them, following the information gleaned from a robot version of Bobo that the team had been using for further intel on New Providence's activities. After Rex opened the door to the tomb, discovering an EVO mummy named "Gharun Set", B. Knight followed in after them. She was initially disappointed in the find, seeing nothing of use, until they all discovered that Gharun Set was still alive and set on world domination.

After failing to negotiate with Set, B. Knight attempted to use a nanite disruptor on him in order to disable him. Not only was it ineffective, Set had a much more advanced version on hand which he used to disable Rex along with raising up an army of EVO mummy dogs. Set went on to raise the Sphinx--a two-headed EVO as well--along with rebuilding his kingdom while Rex took up pursuit. Six and the others were left in the tomb to defend themselves. When they were overrun, Six attempted to tell Holiday something important, likely a confession of his feelings for her rather than the teasing flirtations of when he first lost his memory, when the army spontaneously turned to dust. B. Knight slipped away while Holiday examined what remained, finding that the nanites had simply gotten too old and couldn't hold the bodies together any longer.

The group went on to find an entire nanite laboratory buried beneath where the sphinx had rested. However, boobytraps and age had made the entire lab unstable. They plus B. Knight who'd arrived first were forced to evacuate. Once Set and his sphinx crumbled to dust as well, Holiday demanded that B. Knight allow her to study the tomb. Rather than allowing this, B. Knight destroyed it to Holiday's rage. Six held Holiday back from doing something she'd likely regret as she seethed. Then she remembered that he'd been trying to tell her something in the tomb, but Six told her that it wasn't important.

Following the sphinx incident, Knight proposed a plan to break into Providence HQ one more time. There was something valuable he'd hidden in his office that he couldn't let B. Knight and the Consortium get their hands on. When HQ had been destroyed by Van Kleiss via ramming the Keep into it, Knight had secretly added his own modifications to the plans, providing a secret passage to get into and out of his old office, the office currently occupied by B. Knight. The plan worked and the item was retrieved: a Meta Nanite that Knight had locked away with a special lock that would only open for someone who was not infected with nanites. As the only nanite-free person in the world, Knight alone could open it. In doing so, however, his continued survival was confirmed to B. Knight and the Consortium. The adults then revealed the existence of the Meta Nanites and their purpose to Rex who'd, during the heist, had taken a detour to visit his brother and demand answers. With this knowledge in hand, Rex understood exactly why Caesar had not only not stopped the Event but, in fact, had caused it: to scatter the Metas so that the Consortium couldn't obtain their power.

The race for the Metas continued in earnest. Rex himself would go on several missions without Six though his whereabouts during which are largely unknown. It can be speculated that he was following up leads on Meta Nanite locations as well as possibly working on some mercenary work to pull in extra money for the group. After all, their operation at the dam didn't have the funding New Providence did.

One incident in which Ben Tennyson was pulled in from another dimension along with an artificial intelligence known as Alpha, Rex mistook Ben for an EVO and started to fight him. At the same time, Six had pursued Alpha in the body it had built for itself. Though he destroyed that body, Alpha itself had escaped and Six suffered the consequences, falling into a coma. He'd remain unconscious until after Alpha was destroyed and Ben returned to his home dimension.

At some point afterwards, Circe--who'd been captured by New Providence during a mission of Rex's to obtain a Meta buried beneath Van Kleiss's old castle--escaped and joined up with the group at the dam. However, Six was suspicious, disbelieving that she could escape from New Providence at all much less with her collar on. Later that night, Knight gathered the group together to move Peter Meechum to a new safe house since Providence was making moves to gather the old scientists involved in the original Nanite Project. While Rex distracted the Providence grunts there, Six grabbed Meechum. However, Circe inexplicably disappeared during the altercation.

What followed was a mess of confusion as teammates and Meechum himself started acting strangely. For example, Six was approached by Holiday who thanked him for something he didn't remember happening in the lab. He didn't remember kissing her, so he only greeted her gratitude with confusion. She reacted angrily to such a response, having not too long ago been grabbed and kissed by him. Rex tried talking with Six in the control room only to be brushed off and called "weak".

However, Rex noticed Holiday entering the men's room and Meechum leaving. Upon entering himself, he found the restroom empty, Holiday having disappeared. At the same time, a Meechum currently at New Providence HQ contacted Knight, demanding to know what was going on. Knight assembled the team, revealing that a shape-shifter, John Scarecrow, had infiltrated their midst. Scarecrow dropped his Meechum disguise, and Rex was hit by a blast of familiarity, remembering how his Sqwydd, Cricket, and Tuck had told him about a shape-shifter that had infiltrated their group. Scarecrow started to escape, cutting the main breaker and running down a split corridor, forcing Rex, Six, and Holiday to split up.

Scarecrow taunted each of his pursuers. To Six, he said, "You're the worst of them, you know that? Because you know better. You really think he can save the world? None of you can survive what's coming!" Before he could be shot, Six dodged and knocked the gun out of Scarecrow's hands. Scarecrow managed to evade him, and Six ran into Rex, the two pausing due to being unsure if either was the real one. Rex tested him, asking Six to tell him what his favorite color was. Six's response ("I have no idea") was the right one, and the pair run towards where they heard Holiday scream. The three ended up pulling weapons on each other, suddenly unsure who was who when Scarecrow revealed himself, laughing. He'd already sent off their information to B. Knight and had stayed around to simply mess with them since Rex had ruined his time in Hong Kong. Though Scarecrow was ultimately captured, Rex walked off, having lost confidence in them ever being a team again after they'd been turned against each other so easily.

It was at this point that Six was whisked away.

Character Personality:
Six is a rather stoic man and can at times come across as rather unemotional. He doesn't say much though he has become a bit more talkative since losing his memory (more on that was in the "History" section). Still, what he doesn't say can be just as important if not more so than what he does. Because of the sunglasses he almost never takes off, he's very difficult to read. He also has a tendency to be rather blunt when giving his opinion.

While he may not have a genius-level intellect, Six is rather intelligent, able to analyze a situation swiftly and efficiently. Particularly on the battlefield. For example, while an EVO'd Noah had been on the rampage, Six managed to stop a pedestrian bridge from falling by using his katanas to slice through a pair of light poles and maneuver them into place to support the bridge. (Full details on these swords are in the "Powers/Abilities/Unique Items" section.)

As a former mercenary, orders are orders though he'll choose to ignore them if he finds them unreasonable enough. He can also be rather suspicious, constantly keeping an eye on his surroundings in case of a threat. He'll also spend a good chunk of his off-hours training.

However, there's more to Six's personality than the rather cold soldier. He can be incredibly stubborn when he puts his mind to it. He has occasionally shown a rather dry sense of humor though Noah has complained that he hates it when Six "tries to be funny". After losing his memory, he initially flirted quite a bit with Holiday before he toned it down.

Before losing six years of his life, he had at times acted a bit paternal towards Rex. As was explained in the "History" section, he'd been willing to walk away and leave Rex behind in the hidden village of engineers, even telling the boy that it was a nice place as a hint. Of course, he obviously wasn't the perfect parent. While he will offer some words of advice from time to time, there are some topics which he's no help on, one example being women whom he admitted before he'd lost his memory that he didn't have a clue about. Despite losing six years of his memory, he is still someone Rex can count on for a piece of advice or a helping hand. For example, during the incident with Valve and the altered nanites, Six re-discovered that Rex wasn't able to combine builds due to having never tried it. (Rex had believed it wasn't possible.) He offered the advice to "focus on what you want and then make it happen". As Rex raced to gain control of the rest of these tainted nanites, Six watched on the sidelines rather than intervene, allowing Rex to discover for himself the willpower to combine multiple builds together to take the victory. However, for the most part, Six is the one in need of a guiding hand.

This is because, due to his regressed memory, Six's moral compass is largely in the red zone and can be rather ruthless when it comes to getting the job done. In his old life, collateral damage and the hazards of the job might include quite a bit of property damage if not the execution of any witnesses due to the "no witnesses" clause of the standard contract. However, a previous statement to Dos that the Spaniard's problem was that he lacked mercy and the fact that Six had been unwilling to show his father figure the "mercy" of death like his "siblings" had when it became obvious that an EVO'd One was incurable, it's easy to deduce that what ranks Six last among the six most dangerous people on Earth is that he isn't quite as ruthless and merciless as the others. Six has had some time, however, to be more willing to show mercy to people but still has his moments where that old ruthlessness shines through. For example, rather than bribing a vendor to give more information on Holiday's location during the Egyptian incident, he threatened the man at sword point.

He also possesses a sense of honor. When Holiday's sister had been re-captured when she'd escaped from The Hole, Knight had demanded to know why she was still alive. Six reminded Knight that the deal Holiday had made was that as long as her sister didn't kill anyone, she was allowed to stay in the special pen designed for her. He'd even ordered the troops to handle Holiday's sister carefully.

Character Abilities:
In addition to knowing scores of martial arts, Six is incredibly agile and fast, at times resembling little more than a blur. His reaction time is remarkably quick. Amazingly enough, these abilities seem to be naturally trained as opposed to being the result of any actual super powers. Little wonder he became the sixth most dangerous man on Earth.

In addition, Six has an almost encyclopedic knowledge of things that are or are potentially lethal. During the trip to Aquania, Six easily identified a poisonous sea urchin to which Rex commented that he knew "a little too much about things that can kill you". He also knows basic vehicle repair judging by how he fixed the engines to the submarine that he and Rex took to Aquania. Considering his former life as a mercenary, he most likely learned things such as this due to them being useful to his profession.

Also because of his former time as a mercenary working across the globe, he likely knows a wide variety of languages to help him blend in with the locals and obtain information.

Character Inventory:
He carries a small arsenal of sharp weapons on him such as numerous shuriken. However, his most notable weapons are a pair of katanas which can fold up into their handles. They're kept in the sleeves of his suit or on his hips of his body armor. These blades are capable of cutting through almost anything and can be joined together to form a sort of bladed staff or a tuning-fork like device that can be used to manipulate metallic objects such as an entire car.

He also has a hoverboard which allows him to fly without the use of a jet.

He typically wears green body armor since starting his time at the plant but he does wear a green suit on occasion.

This place was swiftly becoming Six's personal Hell.

He didn't like being touched. Hated it. Loathed it. However you wanted to say it, touching him was Not Okay. He'd lived most of his life watching his back. He knew how to turn a simple handshake into a quick stab, an arm slung casually around the shoulders into a choke hold. The list went on and on, really. While he wasn't One, he certainly knew more than enough to get him there should he allow himself to be completely and utterly merciless.

Due to all this, he had a strict "no touching" policy. He couldn't relax in another person's grip since he was always waiting for the killing blow. He could count on one hand the number of people he'd allow such contact from.

And he was really, really paying for it right now.

He removed his sunglasses as he stared into the bathroom mirror. It was a rather pathetic sight that greeted him: dark circles around his eyes, paler pallor than normal aside from the bright red flush of fever. He was avoiding going to the doctor as much as possible (too many drugs that could be used to kill him without him realizing it and he trusted none of the doctors here). His arms trembled with the effort to prop him up to study his reflection.

He leaned over the sink, looking away from the mirror, as he started to retch. He hadn't eaten much, so there was almost nothing to bring up but stomach acid which burned his throat. When he could no longer even dry heave, he fell to the floor, his knees giving out on him. God, he wanted to just die.

Well, there was no choice now. If he didn't see a doctor soon, he would do just that so it didn't matter if someone helped him along or not. He pulled the communicator he'd been given out of his suit pocket and started to dial the emergency number.
